Refund Policy : Our focus is on Complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and in compliance with our refunds policy.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • Due to the digitally accessible nature of the products that we offer, we do not offer any refunds once the membership is approved.
  • We also do not offer refunds in case you forgot to cancel your recurring subscription and it has been billed.
  • In case you are not able to access the contents, you can contact us at support@upsc247.comor by clicking the contact button on the bottom-right of this page. We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
  • We do issue a refund in case of duplicate payment or non-accessibility of contents (after we verify it ourselves and try to resolve the same).

Please read the subscription Details carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan.

Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Due to the digital downloadable nature of the products that we offer, the products once purchased cannot be cancelled unless there is a valid argument put forward by the customer regarding service quality or other matters of concern.
